1. Eligibility

By enrolling in ANHCO courses or using our services, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old or have reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction.

  • You provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date registration or enrollment information.

  • You meet any minimum prerequisites for the course or certification program you are enrolling in.

  • You are not restricted from using the services under the law of your jurisdiction, including export control and sanction laws.

ANHCO reserves the right to verify the eligibility of participants and may deny access or enrollment if eligibility is not met.

2. Course Enrollment and Usage

  • Enrollment in an ANHCO course grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to access the course material on our learning management system for personal educational purposes.

  • Access to course materials will vary based on the enrollment option selected, such as time-limited access or lifetime access.

  • Course content is regularly updated to reflect industry standards, and participants may need to review updated materials to maintain certifications, where applicable.

  • Sharing login credentials with unauthorized individuals or using another person’s credentials is strictly prohibited.

  • ANHCO reserves the right to monitor usage. Accounts may be terminated for fraudulent behavior or misuse.

3. Payment Terms

  • All course fees must be paid in advance unless explicitly agreed otherwise under a payment plan.

  • Payment transactions are processed securely through third-party gateways. ANHCO does not store sensitive payment details.

  • Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars and may vary without prior notice. However, price changes will not affect previously purchased or ongoing enrollments.

  • Users are responsible for maintaining accurate payment details to avoid interruptions in access or enrollment processing.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are provided under the following terms:

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days of purchase.

  • Eligibility for a refund requires access to less than 10% of the course content at the time of the request.

  • Refunds are not available for completed courses, programs, or certifications, nor for users found to be in violation of these Terms.

  • Refund processing may take up to 10 business days after approval.

5. Certification Requirements

To obtain a certification from ANHCO, you must:

  • Successfully complete all required modules, assignments, and practical assessments outlined in the course.

  • Achieve the minimum passing score for all tests or evaluations.

  • Maintain adherence to these Terms throughout your participation.

  • Meet any internship or practice hour requirements as specified in the curriculum.

Failure to meet these requirements may result in forfeiture of certification eligibility without refund.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All course content, materials, logos, designs, and proprietary tools on ANHCO.org are the exclusive property of ANHCO or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
Participants agree to the following:

  • Course materials are for personal, educational use only and cannot be reproduced, redistributed, or modified without prior written permission.

  • Commercial use or public display of ANHCO course content is strictly prohibited.

  • Violations may result in termination of access and legal action.

7. User Conduct

While using ANHCO services, participants agree to:

  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

  • Avoid disrupting the functionality of the website, including misuse of resources such as live chat or webinars.

  • Refrain from posting, sharing, or uploading any offensive, defamatory, illegal, or inappropriate content.

ANHCO reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found in violation of these guidelines.

8. Limitation of Liability

While ANHCO strives to provide high-quality services, we make no guarantees regarding results, outcomes, or uninterrupted service.

  • ANHCO disclaims liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in programs or use of materials.

  • ANHCO’s cumulative liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by the user for the specific program or service in question.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ANHCO, its affiliates, instructors, and employees from any claims, actions, damages, or expenses (including attorney fees) resulting from your use of the Site, violation of these Terms, or infringement on intellectual property rights.

10. Dispute Resolution

We aim to resolve disputes amicably. If informal resolution is not possible:

  • U.S. Residents: Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules.

  • Non-U.S. Residents: Disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction and laws of Florida, USA.

  • Both parties waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits related to the use of ANHCO services.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Florida, USA, without regard to conflicts of law principles.

12. Amendments to the Terms

ANHCO reserves the right to modify these Terms as necessary for legal compliance, policy updates, or to enhance the services. Significant changes will be communicated through the website or via email. Continued use of ANHCO services after updates indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.
